220 A COATED ELECTRODE (MMA) INVERTER WELDING UNIT

The GYSARC 220 FV CEL combines the latest welding technology with an intuitive user interface. Its dynamic ignition enables it to weld all types of electrodes up to 5 mm vertically, downwards or upwards, with the utmost reliability.

MMA process
- MMA welding current from 10 to 220 A
- Duty cycle from 60% to 130 A (40°C)
- MMA Pulse, ideal for upright welding positions
- Accepts Rutile, Basic, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron and Cellulosic electrodes (up to Ø 5 mm)
- Integrated welding aids: adjustable Hot Start, adjustable Arc Force and Antisticking
- Choice of electrode type for optimum welding (predefined parameters)

TIG DC process
- TIG DC welding current from 5 to 220 A
- Lift primer
- TIG Pulse, limits the melting temperature and enables welding of sheets as small as 0.3 mm.

- PFC" technology allows the use of power cables up to 100 m long
- Single-phase power supply Flexible voltage from 85 to 265 V
- IP23 protection level for outdoor use
- Protected against overvoltage up to 400 V thanks to PROTEC 400 technology
